Step-by-step
How we handle your export order
Every shipment follows a documented process to ensure quality, compliance, and on-time dispatch.
1) Requirement & product finalisation
Share your destination, preferred grade/specs, packaging type, and target quantity. We confirm availability, seasonality, and suitable product options (garlic, ginger, onion, pulses, grains, spices, fresh or processed produce).
2) Quotation & proforma invoice
We provide a transparent quote covering product, packing, inspection (if required), and logistics terms (Incoterms). Once aligned, we issue a proforma invoice for confirmation.
3) Quality checks & packing
Lots are sorted and packed as per agreed standards (mesh bags, cartons, pallets, or custom packing). We follow hygiene and handling practices suitable for export shipments.
4) Documentation & shipment dispatch
We prepare export documentation and coordinate stuffing/loading, customs clearance, and dispatch. Tracking details are shared so you can plan receiving and onward distribution.
